This week’s theme, Community Helpers, encourages kids to explore the important roles people play in making our communities thrive, while inspiring teamwork and empathy:

🌿 Outdoor Adventures & Nature Inquiry – exploring how community helpers interact with the environment, from gardeners to park rangers, and their impact on nature.
🔬 Science Exploration – learning about the tools and technologies that help community helpers do their jobs, from fire trucks to medical equipment.
🎨 Arts & Crafts (Sensory & Aesthetic) – creating projects that represent the work of different community helpers, like badges, uniforms, and thank-you cards.
💛 Social-Emotional Learning & Philosophy – exploring the values of service, empathy, and collaboration, and understanding how every role contributes to the well-being of the community.
